All About Our Custom Cakes

Customize with us! Call, E-mail or stop in to discuss customization options with us. With endless choices, we will make your perfect cake come to life! Here are just some of the MANY customized cakes we have created for our lovely customers. Click on the gallery to find more customized cakes, cupcakes, cookies and more!

Flavors

The majority of our custom cakes can be made with almost any flavor listed on our main menu! With so many options, you may think it's hard to pick! We suggest buttercream fillings and frostings for all tiered cakes or cakes that involve a color exterior. Whipped cream cakes, including cannoli cream and chocolate mousse, should only be selected on layer cakes with simpler designs.

Serving Instructions For perishable Cakes

Cakes with Whipped Cream/Mousse/Cannoli Cream/Custard/Bavarian Cream MUST be refrigerated until serving. These cakes are not recommended to travel long distances with. Venues must have the proper means of refrigeration in order to ensure your cake will not melt or spoil. These fillings are not suggested for use in tiered cakes, and some may not be used at all.

Serving Instructions for Buttercream and other filling cakes

Cakes with any flavor buttercream/lemon curd/nutella MUST be be removed from refrigeration 2-3 hours prior to serving. If serving indoors during summer months, please follow these instructions. If serving outdoors, follow previous instructions at room temperature and display cake outside for no longer than 1 hour, unless told otherwise.

Our oRder Policies

Custom Cakes & Other Custom Orders

  • All custom cake orders should be placed 1 week in advance, if not earlier (depending on decoration). Cakes with fondant decorations should be ordered 2 weeks in advance. Please be aware that time frames may be updated during weeks that include holidays/special occasions/etc. We accept custom cake orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
  • All custom cookie orders should be placed 1 week in advance, if not earlier. We accept custom cookie orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
  • All custom cupcake orders should be placed 1 week in advance, if not earlier. We accept custom cookie orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the order, for all types of orders. We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards.


Cancellation Policy 


We do not allow cancellations with less than 1 week notice for custom orders. 

Custom orders that are placed with less than 1 week notice are final once we receive payment and cannot be cancelled.  

Your 50% deposit may be returned for your custom cake, cookies or cupcakes, so long as decorations for your order have not been made. For any rescheduling needs, we reserve the right to hold your 50% deposit. For detailed questions regarding our policy, please ask a team member when ordering. 

Our Casualty Policy

Every cake has special instructions in order to keep it from melting and spoiling. Please consider temperatures and any travel requirements when selecting your cake's filling and frosting. Upon your pickup a team member will review with you the best way to store your cake. For any questions, please do not hesitate to ask

Please note we are not responsible for any damage that happens to your cake once it is picked up.

Refridgeration-Required Fillings

Whipped Cream, Vanilla Custard, Chocolate Custard, Bavarian Cream, Cannoli, Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Mousse.

Frostings

Whipped Cream, Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla or Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Fudge.
