Our Burn-Away cake is a showstopper for your graduation party. With a congratulatory message on top, and a hidden college logo underneath, this cake will be the highlight of the party.

Helpful tips

• In order for the special effect to work, this cake cannot be refrigerated. Considering this, the icing and filling chosen must be a buttercream, fudge or lemon filling.
• We recommend picking this cake up the day of your event as this will ensure that the special effect works properly.
• This effect only works on smaller cakes. We recommend other designs for larger parties.
• Any additional inscriptions must be placed on the board the cake sits on. 
• The top image will be placed on top of your cake at the time of pickup; please allot an additional 5-10 minutes when picking up your cake. 
• Once set aflame, the top image will burn all the way to the edges and the buttercream should extinguish the flames by itself. We advise the top buttercream border be scraped off prior to serving.

Please note that in order for this effect to work, the cake must not be placed in refrigeration. We recommend serving this cake on the day of pickup to ensure best results.
