Thanksgiving Orders

We love celebrating Thanksgiving with you each year! To ensure your ordering process is as smooth as possible we have a few guidelines we'd like to share.

• All orders must be placed before the cut off date, Sunday November 16th. 
• Orders can be placed by phone or in person. We do not accept any emailed orders. 

•  We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

TUES 11/25: OPEN 7am-5pm

WED 11/26: OPEN 7am-5pm

THURS 11/27: *CLOSED*

FRI 11/28: OPEN 7am-5pm

*PLEASE NOTE*

To ensure we have enough space for the high volume of products on Tues 11/25 + Wed 11/26, we ask that the following preordered items be picked up earlier in the week: 

-All custom cakes must be picked up by Sunday Nov 23rd. We are unable to accommodate any custom decorations after that date, only basic writing and our decorator's choice of fall or floral deco. 

-All cake pop and cupcake orders must be picked up by Tuesday Nov 25th, including holiday  cake pops and cupcakes. 

• If you would like to pay in advance for your order we ask that you do this at the time you place your order. As we receive more orders we will not be able to go through our order slips. 
• If you need to make changes to your orders please do this early! As we receive more orders we will not be able to go through our order slips to make changes. 

• The earliest pickup time for all items is 8 AM. When placing your order be sure to pick a time that works best for you. We pack orders by a timed schedule, so your order will not be ready prior to the pickup time you give us. 

• As usual, we will not be able to take orders for miniature pastries, due to storage space. We will have miniature pastries available in shop, all day. We suggest coming in for miniature pastries between 9 AM & 3 PM for a full selection, as this time slot will give you the best chance to get the amount of pastries you would like. 
• Orders for Lobster Tails, Whipped Cream Cakes, Whipped Cream Pies and other Whipped Cream items must be picked up at 10 AM or later. 
• Orders for Profiteroles must be picked up after 12 pm.

We appreciate your business and want you to enjoy all of your holiday desserts! There will most likely be larger lines and the store will be busy on the days leading up to the holiday. There will most likely be one line and each customer will be helped first come, first serve. We will have plenty of team members on board who will help you in an orderly fashion. We appreciate your patience with us as we pack your orders, locate your orders & complete your orders. We look forward to celebrating another Thanksgiving season with you!
