Order Policies

At Sweet Delites, we take pride in the quality of our baked goods. Each order is prepared with care, attention to detail, and fresh ingredients. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final. 

• Custom cakes, decorated items, and personalized orders cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun. 
• If you are unsatisfied with your order after picking up, you must contact us within 24 hours for the option of store credit.  If you would like to report an issue, please call or stop into the store. Do not email without following up with a phone call for an immediate response. 
• Our policy does not allow refunds.  Store credit may be offered at management's discretion and is not guaranteed.
