Custom Cakes & Other Custom Orders

• All custom cake orders should be placed 1 week in advance, if not earlier (depending on decoration). Cakes with fondant decorations should be ordered 2 weeks in advance. Please be aware that time frames may be updated during weeks that include holidays/special occasions/etc. We accept custom cake orders by phone or in person.
• We no longer accept orders via email. Only reference photos should be emailed and followed up with a phone call to ensure your order has been received. Any emails sent without a follow up call will be disregarded. 
• All custom cookie orders should be placed 4-5 days in advance, if not earlier. We accept custom cookie orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
• All custom cupcake orders should be placed 4-5 days in advance, if not earlier. We accept custom cookie orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the order, for all types of orders. We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards.

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations of any kind must be within a 3 day notice. Your 50% deposit may be returned for your custom cake, cookies or cupcakes, so long as decorations for your order have not been made. For any rescheduling needs, we reserve the right to hold your 50% deposit. For detailed questions regarding our policy, please ask a team member when ordering.
