All About our Wedding Cakes

We can create almost any design you can find on Pinterest, Instagram or Google! The best way to find out if your desired design is attainable for your wedding date is to email us the picture at sweetdelites914@gmail.com. Please remember to include your full name, wedding date, venue name & location, guest count, and any desired flavors. For your convenience your can fill out the inquiry box below.

Some things to note!

• All of our cakes, tiered or layered, have a base price. Design costs are additional. This includes flowers, textures, flavors, etc.
• If your desired design contains any fondant pieces, these can take up to 2 weeks to create. Please order early.
• If your desired design contains fresh flowers/greenery, these will need to be provided by you 1 day prior to the event. You can also use faux flowers/greenery that you would find in a local craft store, this can be dropped off 1 week before the event or earlier. We can also make flowers out of buttercream or fondant, but appearances may vary! 
• Some designs may not be recommended due to travel requirements or temperature requirements. It is best to discuss this with a team member when ordering.
• We offer delivery to select locations for an additional charge. If your event date falls on a holiday weekend, we may not be available to deliver. 

We offer various flavors for your cake. Some of your favorite flavors may not be available in a tier! The best options for wedding cakes are listed below.

• Cake: Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Funfetti, Carrot
• Filling:  Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Mocha Buttercream, Raspberry Buttercream, Lemon Coconut Buttercream, Nutella Buttercream, Oreo Buttercream, Lemon Curd, or Fudge.

Tastings are available for order. You may select 5 complimentary combinations to take home and try. Please order your tasting one week in advance of the date you are looking to pick up.

 Cakes with any flavor buttercream/lemon curd/nutella MUST be be removed from refrigeration 2-3 hours prior to serving. If serving indoors during summer months, please follow these instructions. If serving outdoors, follow previous instructions at room temperature and display cake outside for no longer than 1 hour, unless told otherwise. 

 Custom Cakes & Other Custom Orders

• All Wedding Cake orders should be placed 2 weeks in advance at the latest, if not earlier (depending on decoration). Please be aware that time frames may be updated during weeks that include holidays/other special occasions. We accept orders by phone, by e-mail or in person.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the order, for all types of orders. We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards. If your order is being delivered, payments must be made in full at the time of order.

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations of any kind must be within a 3 day notice. Your 50% deposit may be returned for your custom cake, cookies or cupcakes, so long as decorations for your order have not been made. For any rescheduling needs, we reserve the right to hold your 50% deposit. For detailed questions regarding our policy, please ask a team member when ordering. 

OUR CASUALTY POLICY

Every cake has special instructions in order to keep it from melting and spoiling. Please consider temperatures and any travel requirements when selecting your cake's filling and frosting. Upon your pickup a team member will review with you the best way to store your cake. For any questions, please do not hesitate to ask
